Professional fees

A formal engagement agreement will outline the scope of services, fees, retainer requirements, and payment terms before work begins.
Expert witness & litigation
$300 / hour
Four-hour minimum for depositions; eight-hour minimum for trial testimony and support.
Additional fees may apply for extensive record review, expedited turnaround, travel, or specialized requests. All arrangements are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
